What time are the film screenings?

Films are available throughout the 10-day festival. You may purchase a ticket and watch the film of your choice anytime, anywhere. All purchased films can be viewed for 48 hours after pressing ‘Play’ on the platform from 23 October, 7pm onwards.

How long may I view the film screenings for?

You may view each film for up to 48 hours. More specifically, this 48-hour window only begins once you press ‘Play,’ not from the time of purchase transaction.

For instance, if you purchase a ticket on 23 October without pressing the ‘Play’ button on the film, you have up till 1 November (11.59pm) to watch the film. However, if you purchase a ticket on 23 October and have already pressed ‘Play’ on the film, this film will expire in 48 hours on 25 October.

Viewers are advised to complete watching the entirety of their purchased films before the end of the 1 November 2020, 2359, as no refunds will be made for incomplete viewings.

I am experiencing technical difficulties and can’t view my film on The Projector.

Should you be experiencing technical difficulties while viewing the films, please visit The Projector Plus for more information.
